Dedicated to human capital and its central role in the knowledge economy, the Haitian Institute of Guidance for Higher Education & Research (HIGHER) develops decision-making information systems to support the modernization of the higher education ecosystem in Haiti.
In support of public policies and non-public actors, HIGHER produces and disseminates data to support decision-making in higher education in Haiti.
Our specific goals
Produce knowledge and data to help modernize and enhance higher education and research in Haiti
Develop academic and scientific exchanges by supporting the international mobility of Haitian students and researchers
Develop science teaching and students guidance through an international preparatory cycle to higher education
